学生导演何磊本想与跨性别演员章郑彦合作拍摄一个关于真实性少数群体的短片，在拍戏过程中却为了保研选择听从老师要求改戏。他背叛了自己的初衷，也伤害了自己的同伴章郑彦，将片子推向了刻板和对性少数群体的迫害。

Student director He Lei initially set out to collaborate with transgender actor Zhang Zhengyan on a short film that would authentically portray the lives of sexual minorities. However, during production, he chose to revise the script at his professor’s urging in order to secure admission to graduate school. In doing so, he betrayed his original intent and hurt his collaborator, Zhang Zhengyan, steering the film toward stereotypes and furthering the marginalization of sexual minorities.

本科毕业于上海大学电影学院影视动画专业，后前往东京艺术大学制片专业深造。首部导演作品《思いやる気(继续下去的勇气)》入围爱媛县国际电影节。导演作品《The True Singer or Not》入围2024年查普曼训练营最佳导演。回国后以导演和制片身份参与多部TVC和视频号拍摄，主要服务于IKEA和VOLVO。

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Film Animation from the School of Film and Television at Shanghai University, and later continued studies in Film Production at Tokyo University of the Arts. Made directorial debut with 思いやる気 (The Courage to Carry On), which was selected for the Ehime International Film Festival. Directed The True Singer or Not, nominated for Best Director at the 2024 Chapman Training Camp. Upon returning to China, has worked as both director and producer on numerous TVCs and video campaigns, collaborating with brands such as IKEA and VOLVO.

激发我创作的是社会态度变化对性少数群体处境造成的巨大影响。他们过着自己的生活，却被大环境推上封口浪尖。我认为艺术创作者们在其中起到了很大的作用。一个想要拍摄性少数群体的创作者诚然帮助性少数群体获得共情，却也难免创作者的傲慢。这个故事刻画了被拍摄主体在创作过程中产生反思与自我检视。

What drives my work is the profound impact that shifting social attitudes have had on the lives of sexual minorities. They simply live their own lives, yet the larger social environment thrusts them into the spotlight. I believe artists have played a significant role in this process. While a creator who sets out to depict sexual minorities can indeed foster empathy, there is also an inescapable element of the creator’s arrogance. This story portrays how the subjects being filmed engage in reflection and self-examination throughout the creative process.
