Counterwave Boys

从《金星秀》到奥运会，大家常能看到关于跨性别MTF和MTX的网络信息，但跨性别兄弟里FTM和FTX的相关记录却鲜有耳闻。跨性别兄弟盟历经多年拍摄拍摄，希望通过纪录片的形式给大家展现兄弟们的真实生活，记录下ta们的自我认同之路、多元的自我表达和日常工作与生活，并呈现各界专家在跨性别议题上的研究。

From “The Jinxing Show” to the Olympics, people often come across online information about transgender MTF and MTX, yet there is little mention of records related to FTM and FTX among transgender brothers. After years of filming, the Trans brotherhood China aims to use documentary as a medium to showcase the real lives of these brothers, document their journeys of self-identification, diverse self-expression, and daily work and life, while also presenting research from experts across various fields on transgender issues.

农农，跨性别男性，影视行业从业者，重庆大学电影制作MFA，曾就职于国内一线纪录片制作公司，拥有丰富的行业经历，执导项目包括中央电视台、湖南卫视金鹰纪实频道、B站等多部重点纪录片项目。

Nongnong, a transgender man working in the film and television industry, holds an MFA in Film Production from Chongqing University. He previously worked for a top-tier domestic documentary production company, bringing extensive industry experience. His directorial projects include several key documentary productions for platforms such as China Central Television (CCTV), Hunan Satellite TV’s Golden Eagle Documentary Channel, and Bilibili.

我是在这部影片拍摄进行到第三个年头的时候加入进来的，从一个影视行业从业者的角度看这部影片有许多不完美之处，甚至可以说它无法被任何一种影片类型来定义……经过从补拍到后期制作的全过程，我深深的被兄弟社群里每个积极又温暖的个体所打动，虽然我们非常普通，但是我们却做着不普通的选择并为之勇敢前行。

I joined this film project during its third year of production. From the perspective of someone in the film and television industry, this film has many imperfections—one might even say it cannot be defined by any existing genre. However, after going through the entire process from reshoots to post-production, I was deeply moved by every positive and warm individual in the brothers’ community. Though we are all very ordinary people, we are making extraordinary choices and courageously moving forward on this path.
