符合以下条件的影片均可报名：

1. 影片属于酷儿电影，类型不限（剧情、纪录、实验、动画等均可），时长不限；

2. 华语影片完成时间没有限制，外语片完成时间需在2024年1月1日之后；

3. 作品没有在往届爱酷电影周上放映过；

4. 征片截止日期为2025年7月20日。

1. All LGBTQIA-themed films are eligible! We accept all lengths as well as all genres: narrative, documentary, animation, experimental, hybrid, etc.

2. All foreign language films must have been produced after January 1, 2024. We will consider exceptions for films that have not yet been screened in China.

3. Only films that haven’t been screened at the Beijing Queer Film Festival will be selected.

4. The submission deadline is July 20, 2025.

本届征片开放邮件投递报名和FilmFreeway平台报名两种方式。

❶ 邮件报名

邮件报名需要提交以下材料：

1. 填写完整的报名表一份2025爱酷电影周影片信息表（*报名表下载链接：https://pan.baidu.com/s/1ADxXxEa1_g1zKBFTOoAoHg?pwd=5gpk）；

2. 提交影片高清剧照3张，海报1张，导演个人照1张，文件名请以“片名-剧照”“片名-海报”“片名-导演”等名称清晰命名；

3. 供选片预览用的报名影片网络链接（可加密码）；如需提交其他形式的影片预览文件，请联系submission@bjqff.com。

4. 每部影片需要提交35元人民币报名费，交费方式及说明详见报名表。（*如您有实际经济困难，亦可以发送邮件至报名邮箱说明情况，我们将视报名者的具体情况免除报名费。）

请将以上材料发送至邮箱：submission@bjqff.com完成报名，邮件请以“导演-片名”格式命名。

❷ FilmFreeway报名

请在截止日期前通过爱酷电影周Filmfreeway官方页面：https://filmfreeway.com/bjqff 进行报名，提交前需确认各项报名信息内容已填写完整。

Film submission is open through two methods: email entry and submission via the FilmFreeway platform.

❶ Submit via Email

All submissions should include:

1.  Filled-out entry form of 2025 Love Queer Cinema Week Entry Form （Download link: https://pan.baidu.com/s/1ADxXxEa1_g1zKBFTOoAoHg?pwd=5gpk);

2.  High-quality film poster, director headshot, 3 film stills;

3.  Online secure screener link / password (preferred).

4. There is a 5 USD (30 yuan) submission fee for each submitted film. Please read more details in the Entry Form. (*If you have actual financial difficulties, you can also send an email to us.)
